About Us

 The company was born from an idea by a group of friends one afternoon in Kihei.

 Suggestions of palm trees, sunsets, pools and ocean with the catchy phrase of 'Just In Time' became the design basics.  For Justin, his interest in pools began as a child growing up in a family of pool builders. Following high school, Justin completed post secondary studies in California and Minnesota for his Bachelor in Business Management. Prior to moving to Maui, Justin enjoyed working in car sales and his outgoing and friendly nature proved a positive combination resulting in many sales achievement awards. It was when Justin travelled to Maui that he fell in love with island life, the Aloha spirit and the wonderful people here. Hearing a friend talk about their pool cleaning business lit the spark for Justin for his new career path. His friendly, outgoing nature coupled with his experience and knowledge of pool operations have helped Justin grow Just In Time Pool Services into the successful business that it is today.
